A collection service lives or dies on reliability, and reliability comes from being close by. Our rounds start in Queenborough and stay in the county, so the van reaching your shop hasn’t driven half of England to get there. Short distances mean fewer missed visits, and when a visit does slip, we can come back the next working day without it being a production.
It also means we know the roads. The Medway towns, the run down the A2 and M20, the awkward high streets in Tunbridge Wells and Canterbury where loading is tight. That local knowledge is quietly worth a lot when you’re trying to keep a dozen shops collected on schedule.
How a Kent collection works
Your collections are planned shop by shop and agreed with your team, not forced onto a fixed route that suits us. On the day, the weight is recorded at your door, you get a paper receipt on the spot, and you’re paid the same day against that weight. Every visit then shows up in your live portal, so head office can see what was collected across all your Kent shops, where and when.

Our rounds cover the Medway towns, Swale, north, west and east Kent, from Dartford and Gravesend across to Canterbury, Ashford, Folkestone and the coast. If your shop’s postcode is on our rounds we’ll confirm it the same week. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you straight rather than overpromise.
How quickly can you start collecting in Kent?
Because we’re local, we can usually add Kent shops to an existing round quickly. Book a collections review with your shop postcodes and we’ll map them against our rounds and give you a realistic start date, planned around your current collector’s notice period so there’s no gap.
Do you collect from Medway?
Yes. Chatham, Gillingham, Rochester and the wider Medway and Swale area are core to our rounds. It’s essentially on our doorstep from Queenborough.
